$30 will get you an attempt within 48 hours of receipt of your documents and continued due diligence. This includes pick up in Ft. Myers, Cape Coral or Naples. Filing of returns of service in Lee, Collier or Charlotte Counties. The client is responsible for providing addresses for the service of all process. (Fee per summons/subpoena)

$50 will get you an attempt within 24 hours and all services of Standard Service. (Fee per summons/subpoena)

$75 will get you immediate attempts and continued persistant attempts and all services of Standard Service. This fee also applies if service needs to be effected at a specific time or at a court proceeding. (Fee per summons/subpoena)

A fee of $20 per additional address attempted on each summons will be billed on Standard and Rush Services. Priority Service will only recieve this fee after three locations are attempted. (Fee per summons/subpoena)

FREE with service of process. $20 for court filing with out service of process on our next regular courthouse run. Rush filing $40 for a special run for your documents. (Fee per case)

For the purpose of service of legal process the U.S. Postal Service is required to provide forwarding address information. A written request to the Postmaster is required to obtain this information. Our fee for submitting this request to obtain a new address is $5 (Fee per defendant/witness)

If the defendant/witness is attempting to avoid service and you need to effect service a stake out at a confirmed address may be the way to catch them. Fee $50 per hour..

This is service outside the Lee, Collier or Charlotte county area. We can arrange service of process anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. Fee for service in Florida is $75 The rest of the U.S. generally can be served for $150. (you will be notified if a specific location is more) Rush service available in most areas, call for quote.
